The Mix – Paris-Saclay
The Mix is located in the heart of Paris-Saclay, France’s leading deeptech innovation cluster and one of Europe’s largest scientific innovation hubs.
The Paris-Saclay campus brings together strategic innovation sectors such as nanoscience, agritech and foodtech, healthtech and cleantech (materials and energy transition). France’s top universities, ranked among the best in the world according to the Shanghai 2023 ranking, are present on the campus, including the Université de Paris-Saclay (ranked No. 1 in mathematics) and the Institut Polytechnique de Paris (ranked No. 1 engineering school in France).
A combination of laboratories and offices
When it opens, the building will benefit from excellent accessibility: connected to Orly International Airport in 15 minutes by the new metro line 18, and to Paris in 35 minutes by metro lines 14 and 18.
The Mix has been designed to offer a range of specialised, highly technical work and research areas (BSL1 and BSL2 wet laboratories, dry laboratories, clean rooms, production areas, etc.). Designed to be multi-tenanted, the building will encourage interaction between members of the community and stimulate creativity around an open, friendly atrium.
